  • Leadership experience demonstrated by holding Senior Vice President and District Manager positions with ServiceMaster and Aramark
  • Led and developed management team members ranging in age from 21 to 63, delivering a retention rate of 95% and providing promotional opportunities for his team
  • Successfully managed client relations, resulting in 98% year-after-year business retention
  • Strong financial business acumen, achieving set corporate goals and attaining year- over-year growth targets
  • Delivered significant financial savings to clients in clinical engineering, environmental services, linen distribution service, and more
  • Successfully led efforts to improve third-party patient satisfaction scores, including Press Ganey and HCAHPS scores. In one instance, FNS Press Ganey percentile scores moved from 7% to 95% in a one-year period
  • Led program implementation efforts, resulting in greater than 90% compliance with operational and safety goals while serving as a District Manager with Aramark
  • A former Lieutenant Commander with the US Coast Guard, leading search and rescue operations in the Pacific Northwest
