As a Consultant you must have exceptional communication and project management skills. You must be organized and able to manage change. Qualified candidates are professionally presentable and able to interact effectively with all levels of staff from nurses to C-level executives. You must be a goal-oriented and adaptive individual with excellent project management skills and able to stay focused on achieving and driving concrete objectives.

Expected Accomplishments to date

  • Prior health care experience
  • Performance improvement projects for a minimum of four years, preferably in consulting or executive leadership
  • Managed system implementation projects or work streams in complex initiatives
  • Worked across multiple healthcare departments or business areas
  • Utilized a variety of project management methodologies, approaches
  • Earned a B.A. or B.S. Degree, preferably an MBA

At Soriant:

As a Soriant Consultant you will assess, identify, and implement strategies to drive operational and financial outcomes for our healthcare Clients.  The consultant is responsible for developing an action plan and identifying savings based on your assessment or assessment documentation provided for you. You will also provide an analysis and manage to performance improvements for operational functions and patient satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with key contacts, including C-Suite executives
  • On-site observation and interviewing
  • Observing departmental practices to understand operational practices
  • Compiling a summary of departmental findings
  • Analyzing department work flow, methods, equipment and personnel utilization
  • Problem solving
  • Data analyzation
  • Documenting findings of analysis and preparing recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures or organizational changes
  • Conferring with personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures
  • Implement proven solutions and put in place procedures for sustainable results
  • Contract Negotiation
